When buying a floor through one of our retail partners, they will ask for your email to register your warranty.
Once installation is complete, we will send you an email with a link to log in on our website. You will find your lifetime warranty pdf under 'My Account' > 'Purchase Warranty' section. You can always contact our customer service team for help with registering for an account with us.
